Flowtech SBC 111 - Cementitious Self-Leveling is a polymer-modified cement that creates a smooth, flat surface for floor coverings. Cementitious self-leveling is durable, impact resistant, and has high compressive and flexural strength. It can be used in layers as thick as 10 mm without cracking or shrinking. It is often used to level uneven floor surfaces before putting floor coverings such as tiles, carpeting, or linoleum. It can be applied both manually and with a pump. The product comes as a dry powder that is blended with water to form a smooth, free-flowing compound. For thicker applications, washed concrete sand can be mixed in equal amounts. Flowtech SBC111 Cementitious Self-Leveling should be kept in a cold, dry area in its original, closed container. It typically has a storage period of 6 months, but this may be reduced to less than 3 months if stored in high temperatures or humidity.
